The Great Cliff hotel in Dawlish

I think this is the Great Cliff hotel in Dawlish, Devon. When I zoomed in to the picture in Lightroom, I could see the words '..ff Hotel for the Retired' on a sign at the end of the road, and the railway line next to the road leads me to think that is the location. The date of this picture is unknown, and unfortunately, although I can see cars in the picture I can't see any number plates which would make it easier to guess the date. The style of the cars suggest perhaps the 1980s.
