Portrait by a building from the 1960s

A portrait of a woman standing outside a rather impressive looking modern house, which I would guess she is probably the owner of. Date of this picture is unknown, but I would guess the 1960s because it was take on 127 medium format film and the use of this film had waned quite a lot by the 1970s.
