Graduation day

I've called this Graduation day because that seems to be what is going on here. I assume that his is an officer in the US military who has just graduated and is having a portrait taken to act as a keepsake. There has obviously been some fogging of the film prior to development which was probably someone opening the camera back accidentally. The frame number is 19 so it wasn't at the very end or very beginning of the film and therefore wasn't caused during loading or unloading of the camera.
