Watching the trams

A snap of some people waiting for a tram as the trams on the opposite side of the road disappear into the distance. I thought this was in some European Country (well a country on the continent of Europe) but the writing on the back of the tram is in English so this could be in England somewhere or in the USA. Unfortunately the slide has been contaminated with some dirt or fungus and the colours have bled on the left hand side.
