Large Office or Shop in Singapore 1960

A picture of a large commercial building which was situated in Singapore.

On the side of the building is some writing, but unfortunately, the slide is slightly misfocused and it isn't possible to read what the name of the company is. Outside the building, on the road, is a van with what looks like a dragon icon painted on the side, which is arranged to look like a face on the back doors of the van. I don't know if this van is just parked there or belongs to the company which owns the large building.
