A cafe in Switzerland in about 1962

A couple sitting at a small table in a cafe or sun area in Switzerland in about 1962.

In front of the couple is a small wall with a light blue rim at the bottom and I think this is a small pool or fish pond. This couple have appeared in several of the other pictures in the Switzerland series, so I assume they are the couple who owned the slides, but obviously this picture must have been taken by someone else. I wonder if that is someone else in their party or if they just asked a stranger to take their picture?

The location is unknown - I've said Switzerland in the title because I'm fairly confident the picture was taken in that country as all the others were, but I don't know the precise location.
