Two ladies posing by a lake and fountain

This seems to be a typical holiday snapshot - A picture of two ladies sitting on a bench, posing for the camera whilst behind them is a lake and fountain. It was taken with a typical snapshot camera which used 126 format 'instamatic' film.

There are a few clues which may allow us to find the location, but only a few. The lake with a fountain is not a unique occurrence but it's possible that someone may recognise it and the metal railing and seat may still survive from 1971 when this picture was taken. I guess the only way the people would be recognised is if a direct relative or friend saw this picture.
